Forward secures ¥200M debt funding for AI recruitment service Ace Job

The round

Forward, operator of the AI-generated recruitment support service Ace Job, announced a total of ¥200 million in debt financing.

The breakdown is ¥150 million in loans from Hokuriku Bank and Mizuho Bank, plus a subordinated loan to round out the package.

Product focus

Ace Job uses generative AI to draft job descriptions, scout messages and screening questions, then iterates on them based on candidate-response data. The tool is positioned at SMBs that do not have dedicated recruiting ops.

What's next

Forward says the capital will strengthen its financial base while it invests in model fine-tuning and channel partnerships with regional staffing agencies.
