Conversational AI gathers input from HR staff, high performers, and executives to build company-specific hiring criteria — addressing gaps left by generic competency frameworks.

Why now

Japan's hiring market remains under pressure: only 46.3% of firms surveyed by Mynavi reported being able to meet their hiring plans. WHAT aims to shorten time-to-hire and reduce the load on overstretched HR teams.

Outlook
