Nittele HR Research Institute and Tajik launch Nittele AI-HR

A new joint service

Nittele HR Research Institute and Tajik have begun rolling out Nittele AI-HR, a joint analytics offering for Japanese HR departments.

The service combines Nittele's HR domain expertise with Tajik's AI engineering, packaging engagement surveys, attrition prediction and workforce planning into a single dashboard.

Target customers

• Medium-to-large Japanese enterprises rebuilding their HR analytics stack
• HR teams looking to move from spreadsheet reporting to predictive models
• Group companies of large media and broadcasting holdings

Roadmap

The partners plan to expand the service with manager-coaching prompts and integrations with major Japanese payroll and ATS vendors over the next several quarters.
