PathosLogos raises ¥3.1B Series B to scale enterprise HR co-creation platform

PathosLogos announced a ¥3.1 billion Series B, structured as roughly ¥1.6 billion via a third-party share allotment at the end of March 2026 and a further ¥1.5 billion through debt financing.

What the platform does

The PathosLogos platform helps large enterprises co-design organisational strategy, role definitions and engagement programmes with their own employees, rather than imposing top-down frameworks.

Use of proceeds

• Sales expansion targeting Japanese enterprises with 1,000+ employees
• Engineering hires for the analytics and survey engine
• International groundwork starting with regional HQs of Japanese multinationals
