• POST JSON to your endpoint
• Signed with X-JINZAI-Signature: t=<ts>,v1=<hmac>
• Verified by HMAC_SHA256(secret, ts + "." + raw_body)
• Retried with exponential backoff for up to 24 hours on non-2xx
• Idempotent — replays share event.id
