Pagination

All list endpoints use cursor pagination.

GET /v1/candidates?limit=50&cursor=eyJpZCI6...

{ "data": [], "has_more": true, "next_cursor": "eyJpZCI6..." }

• limit max 100, default 25
• cursor opaque, from previous page
• Iterate until has_more is false
